YOGA CLASSES

If you have wanted to try yoga for a while but think you are not flexible or strong enough then, my classes are probably for you. I'm passionate about bringing accessible yoga to all. My style is mindful movement, where you learn to enjoy the movement of the body and use the breathe to calm the mind.
My Mindful Movement & Meditation classes are designed to calm the central nervous system helping to create strong, resilient, happy, calm people who smile just a little bit more!

Wednesday's - 9.15-10.15am,
Thursday's - 6.00-7.00pm & 7.30-8.30pm

Monthly class passes are available & classes will be reduced to £7.50 when paying up front for the month ahead.

You're welcome to bring your own mat but if you're new to yoga please do not purchase any equipment as I have everything you'll need in the hall. Layer up in winter and bring a small pillow & blanket, wear comfy clothes & maybe bring a bottle of water. We were all new to yoga once, please ask any questions you'd like & prepare to join a welcoming, loving community.

Workshops

Workshops cannot be cancelled or refunded - once you have made the purchase you have committed to the payment.

Arrival policy
Arrival - Please arrive 5 minutes early, so classes can start on time with our disturbing your fellow students.
